Crye-Leike, Realtors Smyrna agent Cindy Speer Awarded the Accredited Buyers Representative designation (ABR)
Smyrna, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors agent Cindy Speer has been awarded the “Accredited Buyers Representative” (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council.
“Achieving my ABR designation is part of my personal goal to pursue higher education and training to be the best realtor for my clients,” Speer said. “Sometimes finding and selling a home is challenging, but I want my clients to know I am there for them and that I’m willing to do what it takes to satisfy their real estate needs.”
Realtors who receive the ABR designation have completed advanced courses and have demonstrated professional expertise in representing residential home buyers in real estate purchase transactions. The Real Estate Buyers Agent Council is an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.
Speer serves the needs of buyers and sellers in Rutherford, Davidson and Williamson Counties and specializes in residential and first-time homeowner real estate. Speer is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR).
Speer was the Marketing Production Coordinator at M. Lee Smith Publishers and Printers in Brentwood, Tenn. before joining Crye-Leike, Realtors.
