FAIRVEW, TN., – Crye-Leike, Realtors congratulates Sales Associate Alex Prince, who has obtained the Sales Leader Award for four months in 2007 at the company’s Fairview Tennessee Branch Office located at 2239 Fairview Blvd.

 

So far in 2007 Prince has achieved total sales in excess of $3.1-million as a full-time associate primarily serving the communities of Fairview, Bellevue and Kingston Springs.

 

“I’m thrilled with the success I’ve had this year given the challenges in the housing market and mortgage lending industry,” said Prince.  “I have been in the company’s Top Club in Middle Tennessee consistently this year as one of the top 100 producing agents in the region for 2007.”

 

Prince is a licensed affiliate broker in Tennessee working with buyers and sellers in and around Davidson and Williamson counties.  He specializes in residential real estate with a focus on first-time homebuyers, investment properties, new home construction, condominiums, town homes, land development and farms.

 

Before focusing on real estate sales full time, Prince worked in mortgage lending, which he believes allows him to offer a broad range of knowledge, service and expertise to each client and transaction.

 

“I feel that my hard work and persistence in helping people makes me a good real estate agent,” said Prince.  “The example set by my mom who’s now in her 18th year as a teacher and my dad, a self employed “entrepreneur,” instilled the work ethic in me from an early age.”
