Realtor D.J. Wootson Receives Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR)
BRENTWOOD, TN., – Crye-Leike, Realtors congratulates Realtor D.J. Wootson, on receiving his Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, Inc., an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors and upon his selection as the Community Outreach Liaison for the company’s Brentwood Tennessee REO Division Branch located at 5109 Peter Taylor Park Drive, Suite 100 in Brentwood Tennessee.
“Obtaining the ABR is very important to me because it gives me more of an insight into what my clients are looking for in a Realtor,” said Wootson. “I believe that increased knowledge and advance training is essential in this complex business that is undergoing changes daily.”
Wootson is a licensed Affiliate Broker in Tennessee, working with buyers and sellers in and around Davidson and Williamson counties. He specializes in residential real estate, investment properties and first-time homebuyers.
“It is truly an honor and a huge responsibility to be selected for the post of Community Outreach Liaison,” said Wootson. “Crye-Leike, Realtors has built a reputation for community service, so I have a long tradition to uphold.”
Wootson recently wrapped-up the branch’s United Way fundraising campaign for 2007 and received 100% participation from the office staff.
“For the Christmas holiday we have adopted a family to assist instead of having an office gift exchange,” said Wootson. “With the office’s upcoming move to the new Crye-Leike Midtown branch location, I’m eager to develop outreach projects that can impact the greater Nashville area.”
As a member of the REO division of Crye-Leike, Realtors, Wootson also assists banks and lenders in the sale of residential properties. He is a member of the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
