Prior to joining Crye-Leike, Realtors The Roe’s owned and operated the RE/MAX On Track realty firm in Memphis Tennessee. They bring with them more than five decades of combined sales, negotiation and real estate experience.


The Roe’s are licensed agents, as well as builders and developers in Tennessee serving the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around Wilson County. They specialize in residential real estate transactions with a focus on new construction.  The Roe’s are members of the National Association of Realtors (NAR)


The Roe’s are Life Members of the Million Dollar Club. They have both excelled being in the top 5% of Memphis realty for over 15 years. The couple lives in Old Hickory and has two children, Michael Roe (16) and Jason Thompson (32). Their son Jason and daughter Heather Wong Thompson will be joining their team later this year.
