BRENTWOOD, TN, – Crye-Leike, Realtors congratulates Affiliate Broker, Martha Miller Sloan as the 2007 recipient of the Crye-Leike “Category of One” award at the company’s recent fall conference and expo at the Sandestin Resort in Florida, October 23 – 25.

Sloan’s honor for superior customer service is based in part on a letter a client mailed personally to Crye-Leike, Realtors founder and CEO Harold Crye.  The letter to Mr. Crye expressed profound gratitude for Sloan, a veteran of eleven years in real estate, who assisted the client in the sale of her existing home and the purchase of her dream home on Kentucky Lake.

“My client Cheryl Cooper wrote a letter to Harold Crye relating to him the outstanding customer service she received from me and Harold was very impressed,” said Sloan. ” “He forwarded the letter to the company’s Director of Customer Service Pam Harrison who reviews such feedback and she could not find anything that topped my client’s letter of praise for my service.”

Quoting from Ms. Cooper’s letter, “I have called her incessantly, potential buyers have called her in the middle of the night? and to say the least, I have been that dreaded ?high maintenance’ client. But not once has she been short tempered or impatient with me.”

Cooper’s letter to Mr. Crye begins with how 15 years ago her children gave her a red birdhouse with the nostalgic slogan “See Rock City” painted on the roof.  And for Sloan, 15 years later, the challenge became to see her client through the sometimes-daunting process of realizing her dream of having that birdhouse hanging on a tree outside her dream house on Kentucky Lake.

“When you consider that Crye-Leike has 130 offices in an eight state region and more than 4,000 sales associates, to be number one in customer service for this great company is truly awesome,” said Sloan.
