Rob Hatchett to Oversee Operations in Chattanooga and Atlanta

BRENTWOOD, TN, – Crye-Leike, Realtors has named Rob Hatchett as the company’s newly appointed Regional Vice President to oversee day-to-day operations in the Chattanooga, TN. and Atlanta, GA. regions and Huntsville, AL. an emerging new market for the nation’s 4th largest real estate company.

“Rob Hatchett has dedicated himself to the growth and development or our associates for nearly three years,” said Harold Crye, Founder and CEO, Crye-Leike, Realtors. “His passion will help us grow in our existing markets of Chattanooga and Atlanta and launch the company’s entry into the Huntsville market.”

The three regions combined have 19 existing office locations with eight more scheduled to open in 2008.  The combined number of licensed associates is just under 600 with total sales of more than $750-million.

“I’ve got three great markets to be a part of,” said Hatchett.  “In Chattanooga, we’ve long been the leader in that region where we sell more homes than any other company. In Atlanta, we’re still in our infant stages but we are poised for strong year in 2008 and look to double our number of offices. And in Huntsville we’ve acquired 3 pieces of land to build offices on and look to open our doors there for the first time on January 1.”

Hatchett, a licensed agent in Tennessee and Alabama, will be based out of the company’s Chattanooga headquarters office located at 1510 Gunbarrel Road, Chattanooga, TN.  He joined Crye-Leike, Realtors in 2005 as the Director of Career Development.

“Hatchett will bring an enthusiasm and an oversight to the three regions at a critical juncture in the company’s long range growth,” said Crye.  “It has been our focus to dominate the markets we service through superior customer service and Hatchett will help to ensure we reach and maintain that goal in his new role.”
