MURFREESBORO, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors is proud to announce that Cheryl I. Beasley has joined the company’s Church Street office in Murfreesboro located at 2850 South Church Street.


Beasley brings more than a decade of real estate sales experience to Crye-Leike, Realtors.  She has previously worked as a licensed real estate associate in Missouri and Texas.


Beasley is now a licensed Affiliate Broker in Tennessee serving the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around Rutherford, Williamson and Davidson counties.  She specializes in residential real estate transactions with a focus on new construction.


“I bring to Crye-Leike, Realtors many years of experience in marketing, sales and negotiation expertise,” said Beasley.  “Despite the current challenges in the housing market, which I have previously experienced over my years in the business, home ownership is still one of the most important and attainable assets for an family, couple or individual.”


For 15 years Beasley was the Director of Event Marketing for Sabre Holdings, Inc., and received the Employee of the Year Award in 1995.  Beasley also served as President of the Dallas Fort Worth Chapter of Meeting Professionals International and was awarded the prestigious Meetings Professional of the year in 2000.



Beasley is a member of the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
