HIXSON, TN, – Crye-Leike, Realtors congratulates associate Darla Carroll on receiving her Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council, Inc., an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.


“Obtaining the ABR is very important to me because it gives me more of an insight into what my clients are looking for in a real estate agent,” said Darla.  “I believe that increased knowledge and advance training is essential in this complex business that is undergoing changes daily.”


Darla is a licensed Realtor in Tennessee in the company’s Hixson office location at 5870 Highway 153, Suite 101.  She serves the real estate needs of buyers and seller in and around the Hamilton County area.  Darla specializes in residential real estate transactions with a focus on first-time homebuyers, relocation, new construction, farm & land, condominiums and town homes.


“I have more than 20 years of experience in customer service and sales,” said Carroll.  “I’m from the Chattanooga area, have lived here all my life and I look forward to serving clients who want representation that puts their interests first.”


Carroll is an active member of the Tennessee Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.  Before obtaining her license she worked in the Crye-Leike Chattanooga Relocation Department.  Previously Carroll was Director of Sales for the Downtown Chattanooga Courtyard by Marriott & Residence Inn.
