Chevalier joins Crye-Leike as an Affiliate Broker, specializing in residential real estate transactions with a focus on investment properties, farms and land, first-time homebuyers and offering his clients Executive Concierge Services.


“It is my focus and pleasure to bring my clients a higher level of customer service, exceeding the usual approach to buying and selling most people may expect,” said Chevalier.  “My 20 years of personal investing can be utilized to assist that first time home buyer or investor wishing to change his portfolio or that executive that does not have the time to look for the next move and need a concierge service approach to buying or selling a property.”


Chevalier has been a licensed Realtor in Tennessee serving the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around Wilson, Rutherford, Davidson, Williamson, Sumner, Bedford, Cannon and Coffee counties.  Prior to entering the real estate industry, Chevalier served as a general manager for the Precision Castparts Corporation.


“I am a 20 year executive, managing Fortune 100 companies, who has changed careers to follow my passion for real estate and investing,” said Chevalier.
