Mt. Juliet, Tennessee Crye-Leike, Realtors Congratulates Gary Rabideau

BRENTWOOD, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors Vice President Broker Gary Rabideau, a Mt. Juliet Tennessee based Realtor, has been awarded the prestigious designation “Certified Residential Specialist” (CRS) by the Council of Residential Specialists.

Realtors who receive the CRS designation have completed advanced courses and demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate. The Council of Residential Specialists is the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors.  Roughly 10% of Realtors earn this prestigious designation.

“I believe that continuing education is the key to being an active professional real estate agent,” said Rabideau.  “Achieving CRS membership through education and testing is the highest professional accomplishment in our business and I am proud to have attained this goal.”

In 1999, Rabideau began his Real Estate career with Crye-Leike, Realtors in Memphis Tennessee.  In 2003 he relocated to the Mt. Juliet area as a Managing Broker with the company.  Today he continues to assist both buyers and sellers in and around Wilson, Davidson, Williamson, Rutherford and Sumner counties.

Rabideau is an active member of the Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors where he serves as Chairman of Governmental Affairs, and is a member of the Tennessee Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
