Germantown based Crye-Leike, Realtors Agent Cheryl Cohn earns her Senior Real Estate Specialist

Germantown, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors agent Cheryl Cohn, a Germantown Tennessee based Realtor, has been awarded the prestigious designation “Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Association of REALTORS.


The SRES  designation has  given me a deep well of information in which to aid seniors in the emotional aspect of leaving the family home, as well a resources in the actual physically move from a home where so much of life was lived.

Seniors Real Estate Specialists are realtors qualified to address the needs of home buyers age 55-plus. The SRES council awards the SRES designation to those members who have successfully completed its education program.  By earning the SRES designation, Cohn has demonstrated necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 55-plus through major financial and lifestyle transitions involved in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.


Cohn serves the real estate needs of clients in West Tennessee.  She assists both buyers and sellers in and around Shelby, Fayette and Tipton counties. Cohn is active is Tutoring Our Children Our Future, Germantown Volunteer staff, Board of New Neighbors and maintains memberships with the Memphis Area Association of Realtors, Tennessee Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.


Prior to entering the Real Estate field, Cohn worked for 23 years as a Paralegal.  In her free time enjoys tennis, tae-kwon-do, Zumba, reading, gardening, arts and crafts and line dancing.


Cohn and her husband Bill have 3 children and 5 grandchildren – all boys
