CRYE-LEIKE, REALTORS CELEBRATES GRAND OPENING OF ROGERS, ARK. BRANCH OFFICE

ROGERS, Ark.?Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nation’s 4th largest real estate company and the largest in the Mid-South, will hold a grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 12.  An open house reception will follow until 7 p.m.  The office is a located at 3003 W. Walnut St. in a 17,500 square foot shopping center that will also house additional businesses.

Tapped to oversee the new operation is managing broker Roger Wingert.  Wingert grew up in Rogers, Ark. and was exposed to the real estate business at an early age.  His father was also a managing broker and owned a real estate firm for several years.

After graduating from Rogers High School in 1977, Wingert earned a degree from the University of Arkansas.  He began his real estate career in 1999, initially serving as a senior vice president and associate broker for Lindsey and Associates.  He holds the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and serves on the board of directors of the Rogers Board of Realtors.

Wingert and his wife of 18 years, Kathi (a Crye-Leike sales associate), have two daughters Carrie (29) and Lauren (15).

Crye-Leike, Realtors was established in Memphis in 1977 by Harold Crye and Dick Leike, and within three years, the company grew to be the largest in the city.  Regional operations have since been added in Middle Tenn., East Tenn., Central Ark., Central Ga., and Central Miss., allowing the company to grow into a network of over 3,500 sales associates and 114 corporate and franchise offices located throughout Tenn., Ala., Ark., Fla., Ga., Ky. and Miss.

Crye-Leike is a full-service real estate company offering buyers and sellers services in the following areas of specialty: residential sales, mortgage lending, title, insurance, commercial business and investments, property management, development and construction, builder resources, REO bank-owned properties, relocation, auctions, and home services referrals.

In 2006, the Crye-Leike organization attained sales of $6.1 billion with 35,498 closed transaction sides.
