Crye-Leike’s Susan B. Burke Excels in Marketing Premier Properties

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that Susan B. Burke, one of its multi-million dollar producers, was recently awarded the company’s Certified Premier Properties Specialist (CPPS) designation, which signifies excellence in marketing higher priced and estate properties in the Greater Nashville area.


“The CPPS designation, the benchmark of excellence in premier properties services, demonstrates to the public and to prospective clients in this high end market that our agents have taken steps to continue their education in marketing premier properties, and have the proven experience and training to deliver the highest level of ethical and professional service,” said Harold E. To attain this distinction, Burke completed specialized training on architecture, custom construction, insurance, appraisal, finance issues and interior and exterior design. She also met strict elective and experience requirements, one of which includes selling and listing multiple higher priced and estate properties.


Burke, who is a native Nashvillian, is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Brentwood West branch office, located at 5111 Maryland Way and welcomes the opportunity to serve the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in Davidson, Williamson, Maury, Rutherford and Sumner counties.


She is a member of Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club (MMDC), an elite group of sales producers who are recognized for individually selling in excess of $2 million annually. She is among Crye-Leike’s Top 125 sales associates in Middle Tennessee and has received various awards for her work in real estate.


In addition to attaining her Certified Premier Properties Specialist designation, Burke has earned the esteemed Broker’s license that only a small percentage of real estate licensees have attained and further holds the nationally recognized GRI professional designation.


Professionally, Burke is a member of the National, Tennessee and Greater Nashville Associations of Realtors. She has, also, served on various committees with the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors.
