Crye-Leike Associates Earn Distinguished ABR Designation

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, has awarded the following Crye-Leike agents the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation:


Crye-Leike realtor Jack Patrick is affiliated with the Brentwood West branch office of Crye-Leike, located at 5111 Maryland Way.  A four-year real estate agent, he serves the needs of buyers and sellers in and around Williamson County, specializing in residential and first-time homebuyer real estate services.  Patrick holds a membership within the National, Tennessee and Greater Nashville Associations of Realtors.


Realtor Deb Haines affiliated with the Clarksville Sango branch office of Crye-Leike, located at 2204 Madison St. has also earned the ABR designation.  Serving the needs of buyers and sellers in and around the counties of Montgomery, Cheatham and Robertson, Haines specializes in residential real estate sales.  Haines also holds the nationally recognized designation of e-PRO, signifying proficiency in online-based real estate marketing services, is a member of the Clarksville, Tennessee and National Associations of Realtors and received the 2006 CAR President’s Award.


Requirements for the ABR designation include practical experience in the field of buyer representation, a comprehensive two-day training course in buyer representation and a written exam on legal and practical aspects of client representation.
