Crye-Leike Names New Managers in Arkansas

Little Rock, AR – Crye-Leike Realtors, the nation’s 6th largest real estate company, welcomes several new branch managers to its Arkansas region.


Shea Dittrich, former owner of Siena Group Realtors, which was recently purchased by Crye-Leike, is the manager of the new Bentonville office, 101 NE 3rd Street.  Dittrich has been in the real estate business for seven years, is a member of the Rogers Board of Realtors and Instructor for the Carol Waters School of Real Estate.  Dittrich will serve the needs of buyers and sellers in and around the counties of Benton and Washington.


Fayetteville, Arkansas resident Dale McCauley will serve the needs of buyers and sellers in and around the counties of Benton and Washington. McCauley is associated with the Rogers branch office, located at 3003 West Walnut Street, and specializes in residential real estate services. She is a member of her local and national Association of Realtors, is a Lifetime Multi-million Dollar Club member, and has her GRI and CRS designations.


Managing Broker, Karla Ahart, has joined the Crye-Leike team as principal broker for the North Little Rock branch office, 3400 John F. Kennedy Blvd.  Ahart, has over 23 years experience in real estate, has been a broker since 1987 and is a multimillion-dollar sales producer.


Kendall Birdsong has joined Crye-Leike as marketing director of the Northwest, Arkansas division.  Prior to joining Crye-Leike, Birdsong was a real estate sales manager and marketing director for the number five real estate company in Arkansas.   He’s been a licensed agent for eleven years, is a Multimillion Dollar salesperson, and has his ABR designation.


C. Boyd Anderson recently received his Real Estate Brokers’ license and will be managing the Crye-Leike Heber Springs main office.  Anderson specializes in riverfront and lakefront properties and will serve the needs of buyers and sellers in and around Cleburne County.
