Crye-Leike Managing Broker Receives National Designation

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that the Council of Residential Specialists, a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), has awarded Tracy Kirkley the designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).

The CRS designation is a nationally recognized professional designation and the highest credential awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field. The CRS program provides Realtors with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to help clients maximize profits and minimize costs in the home buying and selling transaction process. To earn the CRS credential, Henderson demonstrated professional expertise and a proven track record in the field of residential real estate, as well as advanced education in the related fields of finance, marketing and technology. Fewer than four percent of Realtors nationwide earn the CRS designation.

Tracy Kirkley is affiliated with the Olive Branch office of Crye-Leike, Realtors, located at 6397 Goodman Road, where she serves as Managing Broker.  Kirkley serves the needs of buyers and sellers in and around the Tennessee county of Shelby and DeSoto County in Mississippi. With over eight years of real estate experience, Kirkley specializes in residential, investment and relocation real estate services and holds membership in the National and Northwest Mississippi Associations of Realtors. In addition to the CRS designation, she holds her Brokers License and has been awarded the nationally recognized designation of Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR).

Within her community, Kirkley has served for the past two years as the President of the Board of Directors for the Hernando/DeSoto Habitat for Humanity, where she will serve as chairperson for the Fundraising Committee in 2007.
