MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that the Tennessee Association of Realtors, under the auspices of the National Association of Realtors, has awarded Nicole Fitzpatrick the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation. The GRI designation is a national professional designation that signifies mastery of a specific and intensive program of classroom instruction in various aspects of residential brokerage.
Nicole Fitzpatrick is affiliated with the Germantown – Poplar branch office, located at 7700 Poplar Avenue. Serving the needs of the buyers and sellers in and around Shelby County, Fitzpatrick specializes in residential real estate services. She holds membership in the National, Tennessee and Memphis Area Associations of Realtors.
Through the Realtor Institute program, real estate professionals study marketing, ethics, contracts, finance, technology and other real estate topics. The GRI program provides real estate professionals with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to the public and to prospective clients. Successful graduation from the GRI program in Tennessee requires successful completion of at least 90 hours of course work and five written examinations on various aspects of the courses taken.
