MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Crye-Leike Affiliate Broker Nancy Guy was elected President of the Tennessee Real Estate Education Foundation (TREEF) during the 87th Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) convention held in San Antonio, Texas.


The Tennessee Real Estate Educational Foundation is TAR’s non-profit educational component. Established in 1968, the Foundation oversees the Graduate Realtor Institute program, as well as other services. The mission of TREEF is to advance the delivery of knowledgeable and professional real estate services to the citizens of Tennessee, through high-quality education and training for the real estate industry, according to the organizations mission statement.


Guy has been in the real estate industry for 28 years, specializing in residential, investment properties, first-time homebuyers, relocation, new home construction and condominiums. Working within the Greater Shelby County area, she is affiliated with the Germantown – Exeter branch office of Crye-Leike, Realtors, located at 2020 Exeter. She is a member of the National and Tennessee Associations of Realtors, as well as the Memphis Area Association of Realtors, where she has served as a Director, currently serves as a Trustee within the Education Foundation, and was voted Realtor Associate of the Year in 2002. Additionally, Guy served as President of both the Memphis and Tennessee Certified Residential Specialist Chapters in 1999 and 2004, respectively. She is the recipient of the nationally recognized designations of Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), as well as the Realty Alliance National Sales Award.
