Crye-Leike Realtors Names Assistant Manager of Career Development for Chattanooga Division

CRYE-LEIKE REALTORS NAMES ASSISTANT MANAGER OF CAREER DEVELOPMENT FOR CHATTANOOGA DIVISION

 

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nations 6th largest real estate company, has named Mollie Majors as Assistant Manager of Career Development in the Greater Chattanooga area. In her new role, Ms. Majors will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment of new sales associates to join Crye-Leike’s Chattanooga Division. These new associates will become part of a team of over 3,500 associates serving 56 counties throughout a seven-state Southern region.

 

“Establishing an assistant position within the Career Development department is an important step for us as we focus on a more concerted effort in recruiting quality sales associates in this well-established marketplace,” commented Melonie Carideo, Manager of Career Development – Chattanooga. “We are excited to have Mollie with us as we look to further expand the Crye-Leike name throughout the area.”

 

Ms. Majors will assist in all Crye-Leike recruiting duties, including the facilitating of career nights, as well as identifying and recruiting both new and established real estate agents in the Greater Chattanooga area. As new branch offices are opened, she will assist in overseeing the beginning stages of the interviewing process, providing valuable insight to managing brokers as they continue to develop the Crye-Leike name and team in the marketplace.

 

Prior to joining Crye-Leike, Ms. Majors spent 13 years with CIGNA Health Care, serving in various Insurance Administration roles, including National Account Service Representative, Employer Services Billing and Eligibility Manager. Affiliated with the East Brainerd branch office, Ms. Majors will continue in her pursuits as an affiliate broker, serving the counties of Hamilton, Bradley, Catoosa, Whitfield and Walker. She holds membership in the National, Tennessee, Chattanooga and river Counties Associations of Realtors.

 

Ms. Majors holds an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Cleveland State Community College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. She has committed herself to staying actively involved in her community through the March of Dimes organization, where she has volunteered for many special events such as the Lexus Champions for Charity Golf Committee and the Legendary Living Show Home Committee.
