Crye-Leike Associate Takes Talents Overseas

NASHVILLE, Tenn.- Suzanne Karr, a recent addition to the Crye-Leike team, will be traveling overseas in November to open for the successful country band Ricochet. With plans to return to China in February and March of 2007, Ms. Karr is set to land in Shanghai on the first of November, where she will travel to Huangshan for a much anticipated performance. She is set to return to Nashville six days later.


Professionally, Ms. Karr is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Mt. Juliet branch office, located at 1285 North Mt. Juliet Road. She serves the needs of buyers and sellers in and around the counties of Wilson and Davidson, and specializes in residential, investment and first-time homebuyer services.  She holds membership in the Eastern Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors.


Well known within the songwriting community in Nashville, Ms. Karr is featured on the Fine Living Network’s “Forbes Top 10 Places to Live and Work” program special, representing the Country Music Capital and all it has to offer. The special is set to air on November 5, 2006.


Within her community, Ms. Karr has been especially active. She recently participated in the Jack & Back Bike Ride, benefiting the 2006 Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Bike Tour Campaign. The two-day bicycle ride stretched 116 miles, from Franklin to Lynchburg, Tenn. and back, raising a total of $450,000 for the Mid-South MS Chapter. Additionally, Ms. Karr has participated in Volunteer for Outlook – Nashville since 2003, a local organization raising funds for disabled adults, children and babies through various activities such as the Celebrity Monopoly Tournament.
