Managing Broker Tracy Kirkley Completes Real Estate Business Planning Course

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Tracy Kirkley, Managing Broker of Crye-Leike’s Olive Branch office, has completed the specialized real estate business course entitled “Business Planning and Marketing for the Residential Specialist” conducted by the Council of Residential Specialists of the National Association of Realtors.


The course was conducted in Nashville, TN and is one in a series of professional education sequences that must be taken by real estate agents and brokers who will eventually qualify for the coveted Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. Only 4% of all real estate agents have earned this designation.


The course covered the preparation of business plans, marketing programs and operations budgets. During the two-day course, students were subject to hands-on development of plans and programs designed to ensure the professionalism of the residential sales associates.


Kirkley joined Crye-Leike in 2002 and quickly proved herself to be a professional and dedicated sales associate. She is a member of the Crye-Leike Multi-Million Dollar Club (MMDC), and has obtained both Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Certified Relocation Associate (CRA) designations through continuing education for the betterment of her clients. She was appointed to the position of Managing Broker for Crye-Leike’s Olive Branch, MS, branch office in July 2006.


Within her community, Kirkley is President of the Hernando DeSoto Habitat for Humanity, Chairperson of the Olive Branch Ladies Golf Association, and Co-Chairperson of the Northwest Mississippi Association of Realtors (NWMAR) Golf Tournament. She has served on a number of NWMAR charity committees and the City of Olive Branch Temporary Signs Committee. Professionally, she holds membership in NWMAR, and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
