Associate Kathy Stafford Earns CRA and ABR Designations

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that Kathy Stafford, in an effort to continue her real estate education for the betterment of his clients, has earned the Certified Relocation Associate (CRA) and Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designations, awarded by the National Association of Realtors (NAR).


Stafford is affiliated with the Collierville branch office, located at 435 New Byhalia. Specializing in residential, first-time homebuyer, relocation, condominium and town home services, she serves the needs of both buyers and sellers in and around the counties of Shelby, Fayette and Tipton. She is a member of the National and Memphis Area Associations of Realtors, and has been recognized as part of the Metropolitan Who’s Who. Additionally, since 2005, Stafford has served as Treasurer for the Spring Hill Homeowners Association.


The training for the Certified Relocation Associate (CRA) designation incorporated nine hours of instruction focusing on all areas of relocation services including working as a relocation associate, competing for corporate listings, and working with relocating buyers and renters. Recertification is required every three years to keep up with the changing needs of transferees.


Requirements for the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) designation include a comprehensive two-day training course in buyer representation and a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation, as well as having practical experience in the field of buyer representation.
