David Smith Excels in Marketing Luxury Properties

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that Conway managing broker David Smith was recently awarded the company’s Certified Premier Properties Specialist (CPPS) designation, signifying excellence in marketing higher priced and estate properties in the Greater Little Rock area. He is among over 135 Crye-Leike sales associates company wide who have achieved this distinction.


Crye-Leike’s Certified Premier Properties Specialist program includes completion of a highly specialized, two-day training course on architecture, custom construction, insurance, appraisal, finance issues, and interior and exterior design. Sales associates must also meet strict elective and experience requirements to apply for the designation.


“This designation is a benchmark of excellence in premier properties services,” said Harold Crye, chief executive officer. “It demonstrates to the public and prospective clients that our associates have taken steps to continue their education in order to deliver the highest level of professional service.”


David Smith is the managing broker of the Conway branch office, located at 1065 Skyline Drive. He specializes in residential and commercial real estate, is a Crye-Leike Multi-Million Dollar Producer, and holds membership in the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Arkansas Realtors Association (ARA) and the North Pulaski Board of Realtors (NPBOR). In addition to the CPPS designation, Smith was recently awarded the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation, a national professional designation that signifies mastery of a specific and intensive program of classroom instruction in various aspects of residential brokerage.
