Managing Brokers Goldstein and Smith Earn GRI Designation

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that Managing Brokers David Goldstein and David Smith have been awarded the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation by the Arkansas Association of Realtors, under the auspices of the National Association of Realtors. The GRI designation is a national professional designation that signifies mastery of a specific and intensive program of classroom instruction in various aspects of residential brokerage.


Through the Realtor Institute program, real estate professionals complete 90 hours of study in the areas of marketing, ethics, contracts, finance, technology and other real estate topics. The GRI program provides real estate professionals with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to the public and to prospective clients.


David Goldstein is affiliated with the North Little Rock branch office, located at 3400 John F. Kennedy Blvd. Goldstein is involved in all areas of real estate sales, and holds membership in the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Arkansas Realtors Association (ARA) and the North Pulaski Board of Realtors (NPBOR), where he serves on the Board of Directors. For the ARA, Goldstein is an active member of the Professional Standards and Grievance Committee and he is a member of the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce. He is also a designated Certified Premier Properties Specialist (CPPS), signifying excellence in marketing higher priced and estate properties in the Greater Little Rock area.


David Smith is the affiliated of the Conway branch office, located at 1065 Skyline Drive. He specializes in residential and commercial real estate, is a Crye-Leike Multi-Million Dollar Producer and holds membership in the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the Arkansas Realtors Association (ARA) and the North Pulaski Board of Realtors (NPBOR).
