Crye-Leike Expands Operations Into Dickson County Tennessee

BRENTWOOD, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors, Tennessee’s largest real estate company and the 6th largest in the nation, is expanding its branch office operations westward into Dickson, Tennessee in response to predictions by the Tennessee Advisory Commission on Intergovernmental Relations of a 30 percent population growth over the next 15 years.

“We see opening a Dickson office as an opportunity to selling more rural types of real estate like horse farms, farmland and Tennessee River property,” stated Harold Crye.  “Our Dickson office will provide full real estate services all the way west to the Tennessee River as well as service the counties between our Clarksville and Columbia offices to the north and south.  Adding a Crye-Leike branch office in Dickson creates a gateway to the surrounding counties of Cheatham, Hickman, Houston, Humphreys, and Montgomery.”
