Crye-Leike Appoints Career Counceling Director for Metro Atlanta Division

ALPHARETTA, Ga.- Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nations 6th largest real estate company, has named Joanne Elgart as Director of Career Counseling over its Atlanta Division. In her new role, Elgart will be responsible for the recruitment of new sales associates to join Crye-Leike’s Metro Atlanta Division. These new associates will become part of a team of over 3,300 associates serving 53 counties throughout a seven-state Southern region.

 

“Establishing a career counseling director is a natural step for us as we focus on a more concerted effort in recruiting quality sales associates in this new marketplace,” commented Mike Doll, vice president and general manager – Atlanta region. “We are excited to have Joanne with us as we establish ourselves in the competitive Atlanta region.”

 

Elgart will assist the managing brokers with Crye-Leike’s recruiting duties, including the facilitating of career nights, as well as identifying and recruiting both new and established real estate agents in the Greater Atlanta area. As new branch offices are opened, she will oversee the beginning stages of the interviewing process, providing valuable insight to managing brokers as they develop both the Crye-Leike name and team in the marketplace.

 

Prior to joining Crye-Leike, Elgart spent four years at Dreger, Coyle, Bergman, & Pieschel, LLC Law Firm, working in business development. With close to ten years of real estate sales experience, she holds an associate broker’s license in Georgia and a broker’s license in New Hampshire. During time spent with Century 21 Highway Realty, Elgart ranked as a top real estate producer for six consecutive years.

A graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA, Elgart holds a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Political Science. She has served on the New Hampshire Associate of Realtors – Governmental Affairs Committee, United Way – Board of Directors, and has continued to stay involved in her children’s school activities.
