MEMPHIS, TN.- Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nation’s 6th largest real estate company and the largest in the Mid-South, announced today that it is expected to open the 100th Crye-Leike office in Duluth, Georgia, at the end of June. Having entered the Metro Atlanta market in November 2005 with an office in Alpharetta, GA, Duluth will mark the second branch office to the area as well as the Metro Atlanta regional headquarters of Crye-Leike.

Crye-Leike’s Duluth branch office is expected to open by the end of June at 3170 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard, at the intersection at Abbott’s Bridge. This location will function temporarily as regional headquarters until construction can begin on a new permanent facility later this year. “Our plans are to construct a permanent facility that will accommodate over 70 associates and staff,” added Crye. “It will offer the expected Crye-Leike services that set us apart from our competition including our full-service structure, our commitment to developing and utilizing leading edge technologies, our use of innovative marketing strategies, and our commitment to providing our sales associates advanced training and access to unprecedented benefits packages.”
Crye stated that the Duluth associates will focus their attention on the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in DeKalb, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnnett, Hall, and other Metro Atlanta counties.
Overseeing the operations in Duluth is Vice President and Regional General Manager, Mike Doll. The previous Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Harry Norman, Realtors, Doll joined Crye-Leike in late 2005 because “Crye-Leike’s reputation of commitment and success preceded itself.” A licensed broker in Georgia since 1998, he holds the e-Pro designation signifying proficiency in online-based real estate marketing and is a member of the Atlanta, Georgia and National Associations of Realtors. Doll also holds membership in the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the White, Habersham and Stephens County Board of Realtors.
