Crye-Leike Associate Don Cockroft Earns Broker’s License

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) recently announced that Don Cockroft Jr. of Crye-Leike, Realtors has received his broker’s license after successfully passing the real estate broker licensure examination.

 

To become eligible for the examination, Cockroft met strict experience and education requirements as a broker candidate. Candidates must hold an active license as an affiliate broker for a minimum period of time, and must successfully complete 120 classroom hours of real estate education, 30 of which must be an office or brokerage management course at a TREC approved school.

 

A resident of Germantown, Cockroft is affiliated with the Quail Hollow branch office, located at 6525 Quail Hollow. Serving the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around Shelby County, he specializes in residential and investment properties. Cockroft holds membership in the National, Tennessee and Memphis Area Associations of Realtors and recently became licensed in Mississippi. He has the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), and e-PRO designations and is an avid supporter of Youth Villages and Habitat for Humanity.
