Wilhoite Earns Buyer Representative Status

BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – The Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, has awarded Crye-Leike sales associate Brenda Wilhoite the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation.

 

Requirements for this ABR designation include a comprehensive two-day training course in buyer representation and a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation, as well as having practical experience in the field of buyer representation.

 

Wilhoite is affiliated with the Franklin/Cool Springs branch office of Crye-Leike, located at 206A Cool Springs Blvd. She is a licensed real estate broker, holds both the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations, and is a member of the Crye-Leike Multi-Million Dollar Club.
