Crye-Leike Associate Achieves 10th Professional Designation

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that the Residential Financing Council has recognized Lois Brown as a Residential Finance Specialist (RFS). This designation requires an intensive course of study and evidence of experience in the area of home finance counseling. Less than one percent of all real estate licensees have earned this prestigious recognition.

 

Brown serves as the Managing Broker for Crye-Leike, Realtors’ Church St. branch office in Murfreesboro. With the completion of the RFS designation, Lois has achieved a total of ten professional designations in the real estate industry, including Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), Certified Builder Specialist (CBS), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Certified New Home Specialist, Broker, and the e-PRO designation signifying proficiency in online-based real estate marketing services.
