Crye-Leike Associate Kendra Cooke Named GNAR Realtor of the Year
NASHVILLE, TN.- Kendra Cooke of Crye-Leike’s Smyrna branch office has been named 2006 Realtor of the Year by the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors (GNAR).
The Realtor of the Year award is given annually to the GNAR Realtor member who has made the most significant contribution to the real estate profession and industry. For the second consecutive year, Cooke was named Crye-Leike’s 2005 “Top Producer of the Year,” serving more than 100 families annually. “Kendra truly deserves this honor, and I am very excited that she is being recognized for her tremendous efforts in the real estate industry,” said GNAR President Christie Wilson. “Not only has Kendra shown extraordinary dedication to her business and clients, she is also very involved the Realtor Association and in her community. Her energy, enthusiasm and drive have caused her to rise to the very top of this profession. She has earned respect throughout Middle Tennessee, and GNAR is proud to acknowledge her as one of the best of the best.”
Kendra holds ABR, CRS, and Broker designations, is an honorary Vice President of Crye-Leike having been a recipient of Crye-Leike’s “Circle of Excellence” award, and is a member of the Crye-Leike Multi-Million Dollar Club. “Kendra is a hard worker and very deserving of the recognition she has received,” commented Crye-Leike CEO Harold Crye. “She is a valuable asset to our team and a leader to her fellow associates and the community.”
Cooke is currently serving on the Board of Directors for GNAR, and has a long history of involvement and honors. She is a graduate of Leadership GNAR and served as co-chair of the 2005 Middle Tennessee Realtors Convention. Her numerous awards include Lifetime Member of the Awards of Excellence (since 2002), Diamond Award (since 2003) and Education Achievement. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Association of Realtors. Kendra serves as a member of the GNAR Arbitration Committee, is a 2005 Graduate of Leadership Rutherford, actively works with the Rutherford Co. Boys and Girls Club and serves on the committee for the Pearl Ball to benefit the Sarah Cannon Cancer Research Center.
