Crye-Leike Associate Claire Smith Joins National Land Institute

CHATTANOOGA, TENN. – Accomplished Crye-Leike, Realtors associate Claire Smith has been selected for membership by the REALTORS? Land Institute (RLI), an elite group of realtors who broker, lease, sell or manage land.


Smith, a Signal Mountain resident for the past 18 years, joined the Crye-Leike Signal Mountain branch office in 2000. In addition to her Broker status, she holds ABR, CPPS and GRI designations and is a member of the elite Crye-Leike Multi-Million Dollar Club. Specializing in land services, Smith has experience with relocation, transaction broker sales and for sale by owner services. She is a member of both the Tennessee and Chattanooga Associations of Realtors.


RLI was established in 1944 and is the only real estate organization to date that is dedicated to those professionals who focus on the needs of buyers and sellers of land. “It’s an organization of land professionals, by land professionals and for land professionals,” according to the RLI website. The association has dedicated over six decades to improving the capabilities of its members in land brokerage and continues to grow, offering the Accredited Land Specialist designation and other educational opportunities for its members.
