Crye-Leike Agents in Greater Memphis Area Excel in Marketing Luxury Properties
Memphis, Tenn. – Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that eight of its sales associates were recently awarded the company’s certified premier properties specialist (CPPS) designation which signifies excellence in marketing higher priced and estate properties in the Greater Nashville and Bowling Green, Ky. areas. They are among 129 Crye-Leike sales associates company wide who have achieved this distinction.
Those Crye-Leike sales associates within the Greater Memphis and Southaven, Ms. areas who attained this distinction are:
Ann Maree Matthews of Crye-Leike’s Collierville branch office;
Marcia Hughes, Martha McClatchy and Polly Sayres, all of Crye-Leike’s Germantown Poplar branch office;
Tommie Criswell-Jones, Ann McKee and Terry Pera, all of Crye-Leike’s Quail Hollow branch office in Memphis; and,
Lisa Smith of Crye-Leike’s Southaven branch office.

Crye-Leike’s Certified Premier Properties Specialist Program includes completion of a highly specialized two-day training course on architecture, custom construction, insurance, appraisal, finance issues and interior and exterior design. Sales associates also must meet strict elective and experience requirements, one of which includes selling higher priced and estate properties.
