Crye-Leike, Realtors Adds Its First Georgia Franchise in Dalton
Chattanooga, Tenn. – Crye-Leike, Realtors, the nation’s 10th largest real estate company and the largest serving Tennessee and the Mid-South, announces the addition of a franchise office in Dalton, Georgia, Whitfield County, one of 28 independent real estate companies to currently join the Crye-Leike franchise network.
Bob Haverland and Tripp Ward of Crye*Leike Award Realty in Dalton, Ga. recently signed a franchise agreement with Crye*Leike Franchises Inc., (www.franchises.crye-leike.com), the real estate franchisor subsidiary of Crye-Leike, Realtors.
Crye*Leike Award Realty is Crye-Leike’s first franchise sold in the state of Georgia. Crye-Leike, Realtors has had a market presence in Georgia since 2000, when it opened its first corporate branch office in Fort Orglethorpe, located at 69 Crye-Leike Drive. Today, its sales force in that office has grown to over 35 sales associates.
Crye*Leike Award Realty, located at 300 W. Emery Street in Dalton, serves the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around Whitfield and Murray counties in Ga., as well as in the surrounding counties of Catoosa and Gordon. Its sales force of up to 20 sales associates specializes in residential and commercial real estate, investment properties as well as serving the real estate needs of the growing Hispanic population in North Georgia.

Co-owner Tripp Ward brings commercial real estate expertise to Crye*Leike Award Realty. A 20-year resident of Dalton, Ward has been in the real estate industry for four years and serves as the real estate office’s vice president. Ward serves on the board of directors of the Friendship House, a public childcare facility in Dalton and on the Economic Development Committee for the Downtown Dalton Development Authority.
