Crye-Leike’s Kendra Cooke Ranked among Nashville Area’s Top Real Estate Agents
Nashville, Tenn. – Kendra Cooke of Crye-Leike, Realtors recently attained top ranking among Greater Nashville’s most productive real estate agents.
A recent report, produced by the Nashville Business Journal, ranked Crye-Leike’s Kendra Cooke No. 13 among the Top 25 residential real estate agents in the Greater Nashville area.
The business journal based the rankings on the real estate agents’ net dollar volume of residential sales transactions in 2004.
In 2004, Cooke generated $12.34 million in net sales volume and $21.76 million in gross sales volume, representing 81.5 transaction sides.
Gross dollar volume represents the total dollar volume of homes sold by the real estate agent. Net sales figures represent the agent’s portion of the total sales transaction. A transaction side represents either the listing side or the selling side of a closed real estate transaction.
Kendra Cooke is Crye-Leike’s 2004 top sales producer within the company’s Middle Tennessee Region. The ranking, based on her closed gross commission income.
Cooke, a full-time broker and vice president of Crye-Leike, is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Smyrna branch office, located at 599 Sam Ridley Parkway, where she also holds the ranking as her office’s top sales leader for 2004.
With over 16 years of real estate sales experience, Cooke serves the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around Rutherford County as well as the surrounding counties of Davidson, Wilson and Williamson. She specializes in residential real estate, new homes construction, luxury properties, and buyer representation.
Kendra Cooke’s climb to No. 1 Crye-Leike sales producer was a steady progression that only moved upward since joining Crye-Leike six years ago. Her sales accolades include being named a member of Crye-Leike’s Circle of Excellence, one of the highest levels of professional and personal achievement in the real estate industry. Membership in the Circle of Excellence is based on gross sales volume in closings and signifies exemplary performance in the areas of advanced education, ethics, loyalty, and service to the community and real estate profession. With this membership comes the honorary title of vice president of Crye-Leike. As a multi-million dollar producer, Cooke is a life member of Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club, which means she has individually sold in excess of $2 million annually over a five-year period.
She holds several nationally recognized professional designations. She is an accredited buyer representative (ABR) who excels in buyer representation; a certified residential specialist (CRS), the highest credential awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field; a certified builder specialist (CBS), specializing in the issues involved in new homes construction; and a certified premier properties specialist, specializing in marketing higher-priced and estate properties in the Greater Nashville area.
Cooke is a member of the National, Tennessee and Greater Nashville Associations of Realtors where she has received numerous Realtor awards for her sales performance.
Cooke is the first Crye-Leike agent in the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors’ history to receive its Diamond Award in 2003 to recognize her achievement of $10 million in sales that year. She again attained that distinction in 2004. Following this achievement, she was elected to the Tennessee Association of Realtors’ board of directors for 2005.
Other awards she has received for her outstanding sales performance include: Greater Nashville Association of Realtors’ Gold Award for her annual sales production of over $4 million for years 1999 to 2002, and its Silver Award for generating over $2 million in sales in 1998. In 2002, Cooke became a life member of the GNAR’s Award of Excellence for achieving five consecutive years of exemplary sales performance.
Also an active member in her community, Cooke is a member of Leadership Rutherford and the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce. As event chairman, she also organizes Crye-Leike’s annual food drive for the Smyrna-LaVergne Food Bank, a non-profit agency funded by United Way. She currently serves on the Rutherford County Board of Directors for the American Heart Association and served as a teams co-chairman for its Heart Walk in 2002, 2003 and 2004.
