Crye-Leike’s Barbara Howell Earns Coveted Buyer Representative Status
Chattanooga, Tenn. – Multi-million dollar producer Barbara Howell of Crye-Leike, Realtors has been awarded the accredited buyer representative (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. The ABR designation is the only nationally recognized distinction for buyers’ agents.
The ABR designation demonstrates to Howell’s clients that she has taken steps to continue her education in the field of buyer representation and has the proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional services to real estate buyers.
Requirements for this ABR designation include a comprehensive two-day training course in buyer representation and a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation as well as having practical experience in the field of buyer representation.
Howell, of Lookout Mountain, Ga., is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s downtown Chattanooga branch office, located at 1201 Market Street in Chattanooga. Licensed in Tennessee and Georgia, she serves the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around Hamilton County as well as within the surrounding counties of Marion and Meigs in Tennessee, and Catoosa, Dade and Walker in Georgia.
With over 16 years of real estate sales experience, all in the Chattanooga area, Howell specializes in residential real estate, land and farm sales as well as the relocation of families new to the Greater Chattanooga area.
Howell has been a consistent multi-million dollar sales producer for the past 11 years. Her sales achievement during her first five years brought her recognition as a life member of Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club, an honorary level of distinction that exemplifies her outstanding sales performance in selling over $2 million in real estate annually over a five-year period while maintaining a strict code of ethics and professionalism.
