Crye-Leike’s John Temple of Chattanooga Claims Coveted ABR Status
Chattanooga, Tenn. – John M. Temple of Crye-Leike, Realtors has been awarded the accredited buyer representative (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. The ABR designation is the only nationally recognized distinction for buyers’ agents.
The ABR designation demonstrates to Temple’s clients that he has taken steps to continue his education in the field of buyer representation and has proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional service to real estate buyers.
Requirements for this ABR designation include a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation and practical experience in the field of buyer representation.
Temple, a 30-year resident of East Ridge, is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s East Brainerd branch office, located at 1510 Gunbarrel Road. Licensed in Tennessee and Georgia, Temple serves the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in Hamilton, Bradley and Marion counties as well as Catoosa County in Georgia.
He specializes in residential and commercial real estate and holds a commercial real estate license. Temple has been in the real estate industry for two years and is a member of the National, Tennessee and Chattanooga Associations of Realtors. He is a member of Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club, a level of distinction that recognizes outstanding annual sales of over $2 million.
Prior to joining Crye-Leike, Temple worked in various management capacities for the Gerber Products Company, Buster Brown, and Red Food. Temple received a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he also earned a master’s in business administration. Temple is an active member of Jones Memorial Methodist Church.
