Crye-Leike Agent Darlene Seay Excels in Real Estate Brokerage Management

Chattanooga, Tenn. – Darlene Seay, managing broker of Crye-Leike, Realtors, has been awarded the certified real estate brokerage manager (CRB) designation by the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers.

The CRB designation, recognized industry-wide as the symbol of excellence in brokerage management, is the highest level of professional achievement and recognition in the specialized field of brokerage management. To attain the CRB distinction, Seay completed a comprehensive program, combining experience with management education.

For the past five years, Seay has served as sales manager of Crye-Leike, Realtors’ Soddy-Daisy branch office, located at 9759 Dayton Pike. With over 16 years of residential real estate experience, she serves the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around Hamilton County as well as in the surrounding counties of Bledsoe and Rhea.

In addition to holding her CRB designation, Seay has attained other nationally recognized professional designations, including the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation which signifies mastery in residential and non-residential brokerage, and the certified residential specialist (CRS) designation, the highest credential awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field. As a CRS, Seay has the proven skills needed to render greater and broader services to help her clients maximize profits and minimize costs in the home buying or selling transaction process.

Seay is a member of the National, Tennessee and Chattanooga Associations of Realtors. Within her community, she supports Habitat for Humanity and the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Chattanooga.
