Crye-Leike’s Randy Sharp Earns Coveted Buyer Representative Status

Chattanooga, Tenn. – Randy Sharp of Crye-Leike, Realtors has been awarded the accredited buyer representative (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. The ABR designation is the only nationally recognized distinction for buyers’ agents.

The ABR designation demonstrates to Sharp’s clients that he has taken steps to continue his education in the field of buyer representation and has proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional service to real estate buyers.

Requirements for this ABR designation include a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation and practical experience in the field of buyer representation.

Sharp is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Soddy-Daisy branch office, located at 9759 Dayton Pike in Soddy-Daisy. Licensed in Tennessee, he serves the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around Hamilton County as well as the surrounding counties of Bledsoe, Rhea and Sequatchie.

A lifelong resident of nearby Pikeville, Tenn., Sharp specializes in residential and commercial real estate as well as investment properties, farms and land. His clients also benefit from his years of experience in property management and homebuilding. He is a member of the National, Tennessee and Chattanooga Associations of Realtors.

As a multi-million dollar producer, Sharp has attained membership in Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club, a level of distinction that recognizes his individual sales performance in annually selling over $2 million in real estate sales. He also is a recipient of Realty Alliance’s 2004 National Sales Award, another level of distinction that recognizes Sharp’s sales performance as a national sales leader, ranking him among the top 20 percent of real estate sales producers in the country.
