Crye-Leike Agent Paige Arnold Excels in Residential Brokerage

Memphis, Tennessee -Paige Arnold of Memphis, a Crye-Leike sales associate, has been awarded the designation of certified residential specialist (CRS) by the Council of Residential Specialists, a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). Only 5 percent of all Realtors nationwide have earned this distinction.

The CRS designation is a nationally recognized professional designation and the highest credential awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field.  The CRS program provides Realtors with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to help clients maximize profits and minimize costs in the home buying and selling transaction process.

To earn the CRS credential, Arnold demonstrated professional expertise and a proven track record in the field of residential real estate as well as advanced education in the related fields of finance, marketing and technology.

A lifelong Memphian, Arnold is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Midtown branch office located at 2220 Union Avenue in Memphis. She specializes in residential and commercial properties as well as land sales. Arnold serves the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in Shelby County as well as in the surrounding counties of Fayette and Tipton.

Arnold achieved the highest volume in sales within her branch office in 2004 and hence is ranked the top branch office producer at the Crye-Leike Midtown office, among the company’s 21 corporate offices in West Tennessee.

As a multi-million dollar producer, Arnold has attained membership in Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club, a level of distinction that recognizes her outstanding sales performance in individually selling annually in excess of $2 million. Her outstanding sales performance as a multi-million dollar producer also ranked her among the Memphis Area Association of Realtors’ Multi-Million Dollar Club.

In addition to securing her CRS designation, Arnold has attained several other professionally recognized designations.  She is an accredited buyer representative (ABR), specializing in real estate buyer representation, and is a graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI), which signifies specialization in residential and non-residential brokerage. Arnold is also a certified premier properties specialist (CPPS), marketing luxury properties.

Arnold is a member of the National, Tennessee, and Memphis Area Associations of Realtors.  She serves on the Tennessee Association of Realtors’ Professional Standards Committee and is a member of her local association’s Multi-Million Dollar Club’s board of governors.

As an active member of her community, she also serves on the board of directors of the Memphis Alcohol and Chemical Abuse Rehabilitation Center, located in downtown Memphis.

The National Association of Realtors is the nation’s largest professional trade association, representing over 1 million members involved in all aspects of the real estate industry.
