Crye-Leike’s Barry Hamilton Earns Coveted Buyer Representative Status

Chattanooga, Tenn. – Barry Hamilton of Crye-Leike, Realtors has been named an accredited buyer representative by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors and the only nationally recognized distinction for buyer’s agents.

As an accredited buyer representative (ABR), Hamilton will specialize in real estate buyer representation. The ABR designation demonstrates to Hamilton’s clients that he has taken steps to continue his education in the field of buyer representation and has proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional service to real estate buyers.

Requirements for this ABR designation include a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation and practical experience in the field of buyer representation.

Hamilton is an affiliate broker with Crye-Leike’s Signal Mountain branch office, located at 1210 Taft Hwy., and lives in North Chattanooga. Licensed in Tennessee and Georgia, he has over three years of sales experience to assist buyers and sellers in marketing their real estate properties in Hamilton and Sequatchie counties. He and his mother, Bonnie Hamilton, are a real estate team at Crye-Leike’s Signal Mountain branch office.

Hamilton is a member of the National, Tennessee and Chattanooga Associations of Realtors. Hamilton graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.

Prior to joining Crye-Leike, Hamilton worked in outside sales in Mobile, Ala., for Black and Decker and handled Lowe’s Home Improvement Store accounts throughout southern Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi and northern Florida.
