Crye-Leike Names Kristen Pendergraft as Sales Manager of Columbia Office
Nashville, Tenn. – Crye-Leike of Nashville has promoted Kristin Pendergraft to the management staff of Crye-Leike, Realtors as sales manager of its Columbia branch office, located at 1118 Nashville Highway.
She is responsible for assisting the office’s managing broker in the sales production, recruitment and management of 47 Crye-Leike sales associates who market residential and commercial real estate in Maury County as well as in the surrounding counties of Giles, Lawrence, Lewis, Marshall and Williamson.
Previously, Pendergraft was the administrative manager for Crye-Leike’s Middle Tennessee Region, providing administrative support to 19 managing brokers of branch operations as well as to the owner and chief executive officer with day-to-day corporate operations of Crye-Leike of Nashville, Inc. in Middle Tennessee.
Prior to joining Crye-Leike, she was affiliated with the corporate office of MAPCO Express as the assistant to the chief financial officer, treasurer and vice president of finance.
A Spring Hill resident and affiliate broker for the past two years, Pendergraft is listing and selling residential real estate to buyers and sellers in and around Maury and Williamson counties, specializing in relocations of newcomers to the area as well as first-time homebuyers.
Crye-Leike’s Columbia branch office is one of 19 branch offices located in nine counties throughout Middle Tennessee in Davidson, Maury, Montgomery, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson and Wilson counties, including Warren County in Kentucky. Crye-Leike of Nashville, Inc. recorded 8,459 units sold in 2004, representing a sales volume of $1.4 billion, up 20.2 percent from
$1.1 billion through 2003.
