Crye-Leike Names Nashville’s Top 25 Agents for 2004

Nashville, Tenn. – Crye-Leike, the nation’s 10th largest real estate company and the largest in Tennessee and the Mid-South, announces its Top 25 sales producers for 2004. These Realtors have achieved the highest volume in sales for the company within its Middle Tennessee Region. The rankings are based on closed gross commission income.

Kendra Cooke of Crye-Leike’s Smyrna branch office was named Crye-Leike’s 2004 Producer of the Year within its Middle Tennessee Region, the second time in a row that she has attained this distinction.

Margaret Dixon of Crye-Leike’s Mt. Juliet branch office is ranked as Crye-Leike’s Lifetime No. 1 Producer in Middle Tennessee, continually named each year for achieving top producer of the company for the past 10 consecutive years.

Crye-Leike’s Middle Tennessee Region had its best sales performance ever since the company entered the Nashville real estate market 12 years ago, at $1.4 billion, up 20.2 percent. These figures represent 8,459 closings in 2004 by its 800-plus sales associates in an eight-county mid-state region.
