Crye-Leike’s Bill Sewell Earns Coveted Buyer Representative Status

Chattanooga, Tenn. -Bill Sewell of Crye-Leike, Realtors has been named an accredited buyer representative by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors and the only nationally recognized distinction for buyer’s agents.

As an accredited buyer representative, Sewell will specialize in real estate buyer representation, denoted by the initials, ABR. The ABR designation demonstrates to Sewell’s clients that he has taken steps to continue his education in the field of buyer representation and has proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional service to real estate buyers.

Requirements for this ABR designation include a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation and practical experience in the field of buyer representation.

Sewell is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s downtown Chattanooga branch office, located at 1201 Market Street. Licensed in Tennessee and Georgia, he has over 10 years of sales experience to assist buyers and sellers in marketing their real estate properties in Hamilton County as well as in the surrounding counties of Bradley, Tenn. and Dade, Walker and Catoosa counties in North Georgia. Sewell of Hixson is a lifelong resident of Chattanooga and graduated from the University of Tennessee with a masters’ degree in business administration.

Sewell specializes in residential real estate and first-time homebuyers as well as relocating newcomers to the Chattanooga area.  He also specializes in online-based real estate marketing services as an e-PRO Internet professional who has the knowledge and skills needed to leverage the power of the Internet for buyers and sellers of real estate property.

Prior to joining Crye-Leike, Sewell was a corporate trainer in the insurance industry for over four years, specializing in property and casualty insurance.

Sewell is a member of the National, Tennessee and Chattanooga Associations of Realtors as well as the River Counties Association of Realtors.
