Crye-Leike Names Kathy Wilder Circle of Excellence Vice President

Chattanooga, Tenn. – Kathy Wilder of Signal Mountain was recently inducted into Crye-Leike, Realtor’s Circle of Excellence, one of the highest levels of professional and personal achievement in the real estate industry.

As a member of the Circle of Excellence, she was awarded the honorary title of vice president of Crye-Leike. Since its founding in 1987, Crye-Leike’s Circle of Excellence has inducted 171 elite sales associates from its sales force of 2,800.

Crye-Leike’s Circle of Excellence is awarded based on gross sales volume in closings.  In order to receive this honor, Wilder met other stringent requirements of the program, showing exemplary performance in the areas of advanced education, ethics, loyalty, and service to the community and real estate profession.

“In keeping with our belief that success is a journey, not a destination, Crye-Leike created the diamond Circle of Excellence Award to recognize those unique individuals who have attained the highest level of professional development,” said Harold E. Crye, chief executive officer. “Simply stated, they are, ‘the best of the best.’ ”

Kathy Wilder is a broker affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Signal Mountain branch office, located at 1210 Taft Highway. She serves the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around Hamilton County as well as the surrounding counties of Bradley, Marion, and Sequatchie in Tennessee and Catoosa County in North Georgia.

She has been associated with Crye-Leike for over six years, and has been recognized yearly for her outstanding sales performance. She was the leading real estate sales associate in Crye-Leike’s Signal Mountain branch office from 1995 to 2000. In 1998 and again, in 2000, she was ranked as Crye-Leike’s No. 1 sales associate in Chattanooga and among Crye-Leike’s Top 10 Chattanooga sales associates in 2002.

Her consistent sales performance as a multi-million dollar producer led to her being named a life member of Crye-Leike’s Multi Million Dollar Club in 2003, a level of distinction that exemplifies her outstanding sales performance over a five-year period for individually selling in excess of $2 million annually.

Wilder holds several national professionally recognized designations. She is a graduate of the Realtors Institute, which signifies specialization in residential brokerage and is denoted by the GRI designation. She holds the certified residential specialist designation (CRS), the highest credential awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field, and is a Crye-Leike certified premier properties specialist (CPPS), which signifies excellence in marketing higher priced and estate properties.

Her community involvement includes serving as Crye-Leike of Chattanooga’s regional campaign coordinator for the company’s United Way Workplace Campaign in 2004. Her leadership influenced the company to raise over $14,800 for United Way, a 26 percent increase from the year prior.
