Crye-Leike’s Phil Glover Claims Coveted ABR Status

Little Rock, AR  – The Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) has named affiliate broker Phil Glover of Crye-Leike, Realtors an accredited buyer representative, the only nationally recognized designation for buyers’ agents and signified by the ABR designation.

The ABR designation denotes specialization in real estate buyer representation and demonstrates to Glover’s clients that he has taken steps to continue his education and has proven experience and training to deliver ethical and professional services to real estate buyers.

Requirements for this ABR designation include a comprehensive two-day course in buyer representation, a written examination on legal and practical aspects of client representation and practical experience in the field of buyer representation.

A resident of West Little Rock, Glover is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Hinson Road branch office, located at 11719 Hinson Road in Little Rock. He specializes in residential, investment and commercial real estate. With two years of real estate experience, Glover meets the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around Pulaski County as well as within the surrounding counties of Conway, Faulkner, Lonoke, Perry and Saline.

Prior to joining Crye-Leike, Glover served as vice president of TCBY/Mrs. Fields Cookies, the national franchise chain, for 15 years. He also was in the banking industry for four years, specializing in commercial lending. He graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia, Ark. with a bachelors of arts degree in business administration.
