Crye-Leike’s Ebbie Clark Excels in Residential Brokerage

Nashville, Tennessee – Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that Ebbie Clark of Crye-Leike’s Cool Springs branch office was awarded the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation by the Tennessee Association of Realtors, under the auspices of the National Association of Realtors.

The GRI designation is a national professional designation that signifies mastery of a specific and intensive program of classroom instruction in various aspects of residential brokerage.

Through the Realtor Institute program, real estate professionals study marketing, ethics, contracts, finance, technology and other real estate topics. The GRI program provides real estate professionals with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to the public and to prospective clients. Successful graduation from the GRI program in Tennessee requires successful completion of at least 90 hours of course work and five written examinations on various aspects of the courses taken.

Clark, a Franklin resident, is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Franklin-Cool Springs branch office. As an affiliate broker, she meets the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around Williamson County, as well as within the surrounding counties of Davidson, Maury and Rutherford.  She is a member of the National, Tennessee and Williamson County Associations of Realtors, as well as the Middle Tennessee Multiple Listing Service and the Williamson County Chamber of Commerce.

Clark holds several other designations, including the accredited buyer representative (ABR), signifying her as an expert in the field of buyer representation.  She also holds the certified new homes sales professional (CSP) designation that signifies knowledge of the home building business and expertise in new home sales.

Also an active member in her community, Clark is a member of the Forest Hills Baptist Church.
