Crye-Leike’s Terri Summers Excels in Marketing Premier Properties

Little Rock, Ark. – Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that one of its sales associates, Terri Summers, was recently awarded the company’s certified premier properties specialist (CPPS) designation which signifies excellence in marketing higher priced and estate properties in Arkansas. She is among 108 Crye-Leike sales associates company wide who have achieved this distinction.

Terri Summers is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Bryant branch office, located at 21941 Interstate 30 in Bryant. With over 14 years of real estate experience, she markets residential properties to buyers and sellers in and around Benton and Bryant. She also specializes in new homes construction as well as helping families relocate to the area.

Summers is a member of Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club, a level of distinction that exemplifies his outstanding sales performance of individually selling annually in excess of $2 million.

The luxury home market appears to be expanding, according to a report by the Harvard University Joint Center for Housing Studies. They report that the number of “million-dollar” homes in the last decade grew 150 percent more than the total number of U.S. homeowners. Luxury, condos, coops and secondary residences were not included, indicating that the true growth rate of “million-dollar” homes is much higher.
