Crye-Leike’s Natalie Prater Excels in Residential Brokerage

Memphis, Tennessee – Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that one of its sales associates, Natalie Prater, has been awarded the certified residential specialist (CRS) designation by the Council of Residential Specialists, a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors? (NAR). Only 5 percent of all Realtors nationwide have earned this distinction.

The CRS designation is a nationally recognized professional designation, the highest credential awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field. The CRS program provides Realtors? with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to help clients maximize profits and minimize costs in the home buying or selling transaction process.

To earn the CRS credential, Prater demonstrated professional expertise in the field of residential real estate, had a proven track record of real estate transactions as well as had advanced education in related areas with an emphasis in finance, technology and marketing.

Prater is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Midtown branch office, located at 2220 Union Avenue in Memphis. There she remains the only original agent, there since the branch’s opening in 1985.

With over 19 years of real estate experience in Memphis, she serves the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around Shelby County. She is the recipient of Crye-Leike’s Customer Service Award for demonstrating a passionate commitment to unsurpassed service to her clients.

Prater is a life member of Crye-Leike’s Multi-Million Dollar Club, a level of distinction that recognizes her outstanding sales performance over a five-year period in annually selling in excess of $2 million.

In addition to attaining her CRS, Prater holds other national professionally recognized designations.  She also specializes in residential brokerage, a designation denoted as GRI, Graduate of the Realtors Institute.
