Chattanooga, Tennessee – Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that Sue Sims has been awarded the accredited buyer representative (ABR) designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC) of the National Association of Realtors. The ABR designation is the benchmark of excellence in real estate buyer representation.

In addition to attaining her ABR designation, Sims also holds the Graduate Realtors Institute designation (GRI), which signifies expertise in residential brokerage.

She is affiliated with Crye-Leike’s Ft. Oglethorpe branch office, located at 69 Crye-Leike Drive in Ft. Oglethorpe, Ga.  Licensed in Georgia and Tennessee, she serves the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in Catoosa, Walker and Dade counties in Ga., as well as in Hamilton County, Tenn.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, Sims was a Catoosa County, Ga. educator for 31 years.
